Your work field

• Supporting customers' technical queries and cases through maintenance contracts, acting as a requirement analyst and bridge between customers and the Schneider Electric Delivery Organization
• Collaborating with the EURA Cybersecurity Operations Manager or the Global Cybersecurity Director
• Evaluating existing and new technologies for Schneider Electric security solutions.
• Providing prompt responses to cybersecurity issues at customer sites, working closely with Customer Support Departments
• Working with product managers and project sponsors to implement Schneider Electric Security solutions, including site visits for security maintenance, training, and consultation
• Configuring approved host and network security solutions, as well as Network Performance Monitoring and Management solutions
• Overseeing network element modifications and reconfigurations
• Managing installation and connectivity testing of security solutions and leading application acceptance testing from a security perspective
• Developing and delivering end-user training, while creating technical documentation as required

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field, along with one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISA99, or IC32-34
• Over 10 years of experience of OT Industrial Control Systems which may include one or more of the following technologies: DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, Data Historians including OSI PI, EDNA, Wonderware, ICS protocols
• Deep understanding of the ISA/IEC 62443 standard, NIST CSF and related Industrial SPs, ISO2700x, and their application in relation to Industrial Operators, systems and products
• 5+ years of experience in installing and managing network-based firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.), as well as Intrusion Detection products. Skilled in troubleshooting networks using sniffers and monitors
• Strong expertise in advanced systems administration, particularly with Windows Active Directory. Proficient in implementing host-based security technologies such as Antivirus, Data Leakage Prevention, Host IPS, and Whitelisting
• Experience with high availability networking technologies and developing, evaluating, and implementing Security Policy and Procedures. Also experienced in LAN, WAN, and various technologies
• Proficient in facilitating and conducting interviews for requirements discovery and scope change. Skilled in data validation and uncovering new areas for elicitation
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills for negotiating customer priorities and resolving conflicts among stakeholders
• Capable of taking full responsibility for executing tasks, including remote locations if required
• Strong consultancy and influencing skills, with fluent communication in English and German

Additional information: Travel required 50% or more during heavy project and services loads.
