Purpose of Position

As Customer Success Consultant you will be responsible for delivering on-demand services for self-managed advertisers purchasing support to assist them with the growth of their affiliate programme. This would include launch strategy advice, user interface training, publisher recommendations or housekeeping tasks as well as testing any new opportunities as part of exploring opportunities to drive revenue.

In addition to on-demand services, the Customer Success Consultant will also support the Customer Experience Team to maximise advertiser potential on our Self-Service plan. Whether that's addressing accounts falling into decline, or hot prospects early in their journey to accelerate development.

This role will include a variety of additional tasks assisting the wider department, with projects covering publisher engagement and delivering content in the form of emails, guides & webinars to name just a few. Key Tasks

  • Execute any on-demand service add-ons to provide flexible support and maximise the GP potential for Self-Service advertisers.
  • Provide professional guidance to the highest standard building upon the reputation of the solution.
  • The ability to be reactive and supportive of client goals during seasonal peaks.
  • Be the point of contact for an advertiser seeking additional help, to ensure the go-to is Awin and not an external 3rd party.
  • Developing creative and innovative content to provide virtual hand-holding materials for our customers.
  • Presenting confidently, both internally and externally, and competent at holding attention and comfortable in presenting to a senior level.
  • Supporting or taking ownership of short term departmental projects focused on quick-wins.
  • Assisting the Customer Success Specialist by supporting on risk management tasks
  • Assisting the Customer Experience team to localise support articles and other content created

Skills & Expertise

  • 1+ years affiliate marketing experience
  • Enthusiastic, committed and an epic amount of determination!
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and identify areas of opportunity and risk
  • Committed to growing the service division as quickly as possible, providing friendly and efficient support fast tracking advertisers
  • Seeks ownership and readily accepts accountability
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines
  • Confident and excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create written content
  • Fast learner and eager to deepen knowledge and understanding
  • Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and German
