Manager Business Control (m/f/d)

'This position offers you a very interesting opportunity to experience the Communication Papers business and gain a thorough understanding of the role that Business Control plays in supporting the operational teams. You will take responsibility for real tasks supporting the day-to-day operations as well as playing a key role in delivering special projects.   • Serve as member of the Customer Service / Inhouse Sales Management team
  • Review existing KPIs and take an active role in developing new KPIs based on business needs
  • Add value to the business by turning data insights into actions and take a lead in their implementation
  • Act as sparring partner for further development of analytics and dashboards in a modern IT environment
  • Increase the degree of automation in maintaining commercial data in the Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce)
  • You will be expected to identify potential subjects of interest based on your own analysis and understanding of business priorities
  • Ad hoc tasks, duties and special projects that arise

  • You have an analytical mindset combined with excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • You can interpret data into decision-relevant information
  • You have a proven track record in implementing value-adding initiatives
  • You have the drive and desire to develop and grow your role within the organization, both in terms of personal development and role development to add value to the business
  • You already have experience in sales controlling
  • You have good verbal and written English skills
  • You are a proactive and open-minded team player
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office and Power BI; experience in SAP and Salesforce are an asset
