Market Development Manager – Machinery (f/m/d)


Aufgaben

  • Our Team Machinery is responsible for a vast variety of markets & industries with a strong focus on intralogistics, mobile equipment (construction & agriculture), elevators & escalators, power tools, machine tools, recycling equipment and many more.
  • Be the point of contact for the markets you are responsible for - onboard sales engineers around the world, different internal departments and external point of contacts
  • Develop comprehensive business strategies, derive and implement adequate initiatives
  • Enter & conquer new markets, hold & grow existing markets
  • Develop and promote marketing & communication strategies and activities together with our marcom experts
  • Initiate product benchmark tests, communicate the results, and convert them into selling arguments
  • Pricing responsibility for products and defined accounts
  • Develop a strong network and partnerships internally and externally
  • Visit and win customers, grow your markets sustainably
  • Drive to win big sales opportunities


Profil

  • Science degree (mechanical/chemical engineering, business administration) or equivalent skills
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • High level of independent working and proactiveness
  • Ability to understand, transfer and present complex topics
  • Team player with excellent networking and communication skills
  • Business-minded personality with customer-oriented attitude and technical understanding
  • Strategic thinking with a strong ambition to achieve set goals
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30-50%)
  • Professional German and English language skills are mandatory
  • Profound project management experience and skills are desirable
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing, product management, (key-) account management or application engineering is desirable
  • Experiences in construction industry, agriculture industry, intralogistics, machine tools or are desirable
  • Experiences in lubricants are desirable
