Your work field

• Analysing customer's business problems and identifying how Cybersecurity can provide value, leveraging the full Cybersecurity offer portfolio.
• Conducting site visits to assess existing and new technologies.
• Performing in-depth assessments and gap analysis using advanced technical knowledge and tools to identify customer savings and business opportunities based on current and future needs.
• Assisting in pre-sales discussions, presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to develop proposals for new projects/licenses/subscriptions or renewals/extensions of existing service contracts, generating complex pull-through business.
• Preparing proposal documentation based on validated data.
• Providing answers to technical integration questions and assisting customers in building deployment plans.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of tools and templates that enhance the effectiveness of the end-to-end cybersecurity organization and align with internal Cybersecurity standards.

Your profile

• A degree in business, engineering, or a computer-related field is essential.
• Over 10 years of experience in OT Industrial Control Systems, including technologies such as DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, and Data Historians (e.g., OSI PI, EDNA, Wonderware).
• A deep understanding of ISA/IEC 62443 Certification and Cybersecurity Frameworks (e.g., NIST) and familiarity with ICS protocols (e.g., Modbus, PROFINET, PROFIBUS).
• Proven experience working effectively in a complex matrix organization.
• Excellent knowledge of customers and expertise in developing value propositions that meet their specific needs.
• Strong consultancy and influencing skills, with fluent communication in English and German.
